There’s something festive about cranberries, whether used in savoury or sweet dishes. I love them as they add such a different flavour aspect to whatever it’s used in and not to mention the beautiful colour they add!
This white chocolate and cranberry fudge has really great flavour as white chocolate get a deep caramel like flavour when cooked. The cranberries add a slight acidity that cuts through the sweetness of the condensed milk and white chocolate.
Pistachio nuts can also be added or almonds will also be very nice. Make a big batch of this fudge and cut it into small blocks – it’s a special little treat to have with coffee after supper over the festive season.
