Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! Who’s complaining right. These delightful chocolate muffins are incredibly moist and even more decadent. It’s basically more like indulging in cake than muffin, really.
I find that when it comes to chocolate, people will generally not have much to complain about. So don’t skimp on these muffins. They are really delicious and get even better after a day or two. I find they pair well with strawberry jam and a decent dollop of mascarpone also doesn’t hurt.
They are great for the lunch box as they are really good on their own, without fillings. I always make a double batch and freeze half. They defrost fairly quickly and they’re great to have as back-up when those unexpected tea guests pop round.
