Twelve wine farms from the Durbanville wine valley comes together this weekend to celebrate the glory of the grape. It is hosted at the beautiful DAria Estate behind the Tygerberg Hills. Fun activities like grape stomping and tutored wine tastings will take place. There will be entertainment for the kids and craft stalls to peruse at free will.
Its said that this years Feast of the Grape is going to be quite special as all the participating farms are coming together at one venue, instead of hosting events at different venues.

It’s the second Fresh Fairy Fayre hosted at the Fairy Cottage in Durbanville, opposite the Durbanville Market. The Fayre is planned to be held once a month and will generally be advertised on Facebook. It’s a lovely garden market with stacks of delicious, homemade goodies. Freshly baked goods like quiches, muffins and cupcakes as well as coffee, tea and homemade iced tea will be on offer.
