This recipe is amazingly easy to follow and prepare. It’s something that can be baked in no time – especially if you bake them in a mini loaf tin like I like did here. A larger loaf will obviously take slightly longer to bake, but the mixing remains quick and very easy! All the ingredients go into a mixing bowl and it’s beaten with an electric mixer. Come on, you can’t ask for anything g better than that. Well, maybe if you ask someone else to do it for you – I suppose that will make it easier.
When I baked these I didn’t really think what I’ll be serving with them, but after tasting it, I’ll definitely recommend serving it with a soft cheese like brie or camembert. It’ll be very nice with a strong cheddar too. So, if you’re having people for late morning tea, make these and serve it with a cheese platter. It will go down famously!
