Honey Mustard Bangers
Mustard; it's so underated! This simple yellow condiment has a multitude of culinary uses. And these delicious pork bangers are the perfect way to celebrate Mustard Day this August 5th.
- 6 pork sausages
- 65 ml (¼ cup) honey
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
- ¼ cup cream
- 3 potatoes, mashed
- ALL GOLD Mustard, to serve
- Fry six pork sausages in heated oil until golden.
- Brush with ¼ cup (60 ml) honey and sprinkle with thyme.
- Fry for three minutes.
- Stir two tbsp (30 ml) butter and ¼ cup (60 ml) cream into three mashed potatoes.
- Season with salt and milled pepper.
