Everyone enjoys a good cheese platter, but sometimes a cheese on a plate can get a little boring… Why not jazz it up by adding some extra flavour to a regular Camembert.
Take the Camembert and slice it into three layers. Mix mascarpone with a handful of chopped almonds and fresh cherries. Spread the mascarpone mixture over the Camembert slices and assemble the layers again. Top with more fresh cherries or cherry sauce. Serve this filled Camembert with your favourite cheese biscuits or a few slices of crusty sour dough bread.
