Sometimes it’s nice to have a shake and not feel so heavy from all the full fat dairy, but rather just enjoy a drink with plenty flavour that’s still cooling and satisfying.
Try this yoghurt shake by adding 2 peeled and chopped pears with 500 ml yoghurt and a squeeze of honey into the jug of a blender. Add 2 or 3 handfuls of ice and blend the mixture until smooth. Pour the shake into 2 glasses and drizzle with a little more honey. Serve immediately.
