Horseradish adds tremendous flavour to anything you choose to add it to. I know it’s not for everyone, but if you do have a liking for it, it’s not difficult to become obsessed with horseradish and add it to just about everything you eat.
Try this horseradish and yoghurt dressing which is divine with any salad or on boiled potatoes, over roasted wedges and vegetables, fish and even red meat. Take 250 ml Greek yoghurt and add 20 ml creamed horseradish, 15 ml lemon juice, 30 ml avocado oil or macadamia oil, a generous pinch of cumin and salt. Mix it all together and keep it in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. It makes about 265 ml dressing.
