Frozen yoghurt is one of the easiest things to prepare and it makes a great treat or dessert in summer time.
Simply place 500 g frozen berries, 500 g Greek yoghurt, 60 ml honey and a few fresh mint leaves into the jug of a blender. Blend the mixture until smooth and pour into a plastic container. Place the container in the freezer until ready to serve. It’s quite nice if it’s slightly soft when served.
