Bread sticks are so nice to serve at informal get-togethers. Have a few dips and spreads and people can help themselves as they wish.
Take a kilogram bread dough and mix about half a cup of chopped black olives and 2 sprigs of finely chopped rosemary in. Knead the dough to make sure everything is spread evenly throughout the dough.
Cut about 80 g to 100 g pieces of dough and roll it on a flat work surface with both hands. Stretch it lightly as you’re rolling until it reaches about 30 – 40 cm.
Place the stretched dough onto a lightly flour dusted baking sheet. Brush them with a little water and sprinkle with coarse seas salt.Bake the bread sticks at 210C for about 15 minutes until just starting to brown.
