Everyone loves lightly salted crisps, right? Well, you can easily make them at home and even flavour them with spices that you prefer.
Preheat the oven to 170C and slice 3 or 4 potatoes thinly with a mandolin. Keep the slices in water until the oven is on temperature. Then dry the potato slices, drizzle with a little olive oil and place them on a greaseproof lined baking sheet. Be sure that that don’t overlap at all. Sprinkle with a little salt and bake for about 20 minutes until golden and crisp. Keep them in an airtight container for up to two days.
