Flavoured salt can easily be mixed at home and used to season fish, chicken and meat. It’s even great on roast vegetables.
Simply grind a bay leave or two with some dried chilli and dried rosemary in a pestle and mortar. It does not necessarily have to be very fine – whichever way you prefer it. Then mix the ground herbs with a few table spoons of Maldon salt and store it in an airtight container until needed.
