Ganache is a chocolate spread or filling made with chocolate and cream. Sometimes butter can be added too and flavourings like hazelnut praline, almond essence or orange blossom.
In a medium bowl, put 100g chopped, dark chocolate with 30 ml fresh cream and 30 g butter.
Gently melt the mixture ina microwave, stirring every now and then. Take care not to overheat or the chocolate will burn.
