Gorgonzola is a blue veined Italian cheese. It’s terribly creamy and a really excellent cheese to cook with.
Make a quick and easy gorgonzola sauce by melting together 100 g gorgonzola and 250 ml fresh cream. Add a sprig of rosemary and simmer the sauce for about 3 minutes until thickened. Remove the rosemary and add a grinding of black pepper. Serve warm.
