Baking your own rolls is so easy, especially if you buy the dough from your local supermarket. Impress your guests this Easter weekend by making different shaped roll instead of regular round ones.
Take a piece of dough and roll it out between your hands and then work surface to form a long sausage. Then take the two ends and fold them towards each other with a criss-cross, tucking one end underneath the middle of the roll to secure the knot. Brush the rolls with egg wash after fully risen and bake in a hot oven.
