Prepare you own lemonade at home by combining 250 ml sugar and 250 ml water in a saucepan. Bring it to the boil and remove from the heat.
Add 250 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice to the sugar syrup and allow to cool.
Mix the lemon syrup with 600 ml of cold water and ice blocks. Serve with extra slices of lemon and fresh mint leaves. Alternatively serve with sparkling water instead of still.
