Paprika butter is delicious served with grilled meat, chicken and fish. It can be used to flavour oven roast potatoes or vegetables too and can be prepared in no time.
Simply melt 125 g butter in a sauce pan and just before it starts to bubble, add 7.5 ml smoky paprika. Stir it around until you the paprika becomes fragrant, then remove from the heat. Pour the butter into a serving dish or set aside until needed. It can just be melted gently before using.
