Patatas bravas is a lovely, spicy Spanish tapa dish that can easily be prepared at home. Slice about 600 g potatoes into 1 cm slices.
Mix 10 ml paprika, 60 ml olive oil, 15 ml tomato paste, 15 ml red wine vinegar, 5 ml dried chilli flakes and 5 ml salt together to form a kind of sauce / paste. Mix the sliced potatoes into this sauce. and bake at 230C for about 20 minutes until crispy.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon and mayonnaise if preferred.
