Flavoured butter add something special to grilled meat, chicken or fish dishes. This red wine butter has lovely flavour, yet is not over powering.
In the mean time, beat about 100 g butter until smooth, then add 2 sprigs chopped parsley and 1 finely chopped clove of garlic. Mix well. Add the cooled wine reduction with some of the onion. Season with salt and pepper. The butter can be served immediately or kept in the fridge until needed.
