White chocolate sauce is a fantastic sweet sauce to serve with just about any fruit dessert as white chocolate loves fruit.
Make white chocolate sauce by placing 125 g chopped white chocolate and 80 ml fresh cream into a stainless steel bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan with simmering water and allow the chocolate to melt. As soon as the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and whisk the sauce until smooth. Serve the sauce warm.
