What is a more wicked treat than chocolate covered strawberries?
Gently melt some chocolate over a double boiler and stir until smooth. While that is going on, wipe your strawberries clean with kitchen towel. Make sure they aren’t wet as moistness will spoil the chocolate.
When the chocolate is completely melted and smooth, dip each strawberry into it and place them on a greaseproof lined sheet to dry. Once they are dry, they can be decorated with more chocolate piping or just brushed with food glitter. Serve chocolate covered strawberries at room temperature.
