How to save herbs, left over wine and stock
Don’t throw out all that leftover wine. It can be frozen into ice trays for future use in casseroles and sauces. The same can be done with stock. And if you have herbs in the fridge that you won’t be using in the next few days, place them into an empty ice tray and fill it with olive oil. Place in the freezer until needed. It can be added directly to dishes.
