Kingklip with orange and chilli butter
It’s obvious to most people that fish love citrus flavours, but I think many people forget that not only lemon falls in the citrus category. I really like to add orange to fish and seafood dishes and a combination of citrus flavours are also lovely.
Try this kingklip recipe with a citrus butter. I added chilli, but if spicy is not your thing, simply leave it out. The butter sauce works really well with the kingklip, but can also be served with hake, salmon or angelfish.
