La Tête the newly opened eatery on Bree Street presents David Nieuwoudt from Cederberg wines in the second of our Food & Wines Series.
La Tête is very proud to be hosting David Nieuwoudt from Cederberg Wines. Giles Edwards and winemaker David Nieuwoudt will be putting together an evening of delicious food and amazing wines. Chef Giles will prepare a three-course meal paired with David’s wines from his Cederberg Private Cellar and Ghost Corner Ranges.
The Cederberg wines come from one of the highest wine farms In South Africa, high up in the Cederberg Mountains. Whilst the Ghost corner range is made from the grapes brought in from Elim, near Cape Agulhas on the Southernmost tip of Africa. The high altitude cool climate in Cederberg and maritime climate in Elim clearly agree with David’s winemaking philosophy as both ranges have become internationally acclaimed for their award-winning wines.
