Make this delicious snack with fresh cauliflower. It’s so easy and it tastes really good. It can be served as a starter with yoghurt dipping sauce or even as an accompaniment with grilled meat, chicken or fish.
Take a head of cauliflower and separate the florets. Rinse the cauliflower and pat it dry with kitchen towel. Break an egg into a small bowl and wish it with a fork to break it up. Place about a cup of breadcrumbs in another bowl and season it with salt, pepper and a little paprika.
Dip the dried cauliflower florets in the egg first then in the seasoned breadcrumbs. Place the coated florets onto a tray and chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, heat some oil in a medium saucepan and deep fry the florets for about a minute om both sides until golden all over. Drain the deep fried cauliflower on absorbent paper and serve while still warm.
