Still or sparkling mineral water that’s infused with fresh fruit, herbs or vegetables are can be so much tastier and refreshing than store bought artificially flavoured water. It’s so easy to make infused water and it can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. You pair up your favourite combinations, making use of seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs straight from your garden.
To make a 2L jug of infused water, wash the fruit or vegetables of your choice. Cut the fruit into either slices or chunks and place it in the bottom of the jug. Add some washed herbs like lavender, mint or rosemary and top it up with mineral water. You can use either still or sparkling. Allow the water to
infuse in the fridge for about an hour or two before serving. If using still water, the infused water can be kept for up to 5 days in the fridge.
