I’ve noticed that people arevery into these 1,2,3 kind of recipes, these days. The fewer ingredients, the more attention the recipe receives. I suppose I also like a recipe that poses no hassle and can be whipped up in just a few minutes.
I never thought that I would promote a brownie recipe that contains only three ingredients, but I’ve been hearing a lot about these brownie recipes containing Nutella and that’s so easy to prepare. So, I had a go at whipping a few ingredients together, and keeping them to the minimum while at it, and came up with a winner! It’s a very plain brownie, but has really lovely flavour with the Nutella as main ingredient. If you are like me, then you’d probably want to add some toasted nuts to the batter or maybe a shot of espresso… But then it’s not your simple 1,2,3 recipe anymore.
So, for the purpose of indulging the “no-brainer” recipes, let’s keep it to the three ingredients and then when no one’s looking, add whatever you want to make it more fancy. I can assure you, however, that as plain as these brownies are, they are pretty good!
