Stir fries are one of the easiest dishes to literally throw together. It’s also a great way to make sure you get loads of healthy vegetables in.
There’s absolutely no limit to the flavours that can be added to stir fries. Asian flavours are usually the most popular choice – sesame, ginger, lime, soy etc. These flavours are great summer and winter flavours that’s why stir fries are really excellent all year round food.
It’s actually such easy and relaxed food, if you think about it – any meat and vegetables can be used to prepare it with any flavour that your little heart desires and it can be served with any starch you’re in the mood for!
I prepared this lovely, fragrant pork stir fry with a little chilli, ginger and peanut butter. The nuttiness that the peanut butter lends to the dish is quite pleasant, so try it before you think it’s weird.
