It’s really easy to pop into the shop and buy ice cream, I know. But don’t you sometimes wish you could get a flavour other than Tinroof, Blueberry Cheesecake or Rum and Raisin? Maybe orange and cinnamon, lavender or whisky and chocolate chip… Enter this quick ice cream recipe.
It’s simply a tin of evaporated milk and a tin of condensed milk. That’s it. Mix the two together and add ANY flavour that your heart desires. It works really well and it’s nice and sweet, like ice cream should be!
It does need to be made with an ice cream machine, though. That’s the only thing about this recipe, but if you don’t have the luxury of an ice cream machine, then a little manual churning will have to do – which is perfectly fine too!
