Instructions

  • 1. Make a sugar syrup by dissolving the sugar into the water.
  • 2. Beat 4 egg yolks thoroughly, now add the sugar syrup slowly and continue beating till they double in volume.
  • 3. On a very low flame, heat fresh cream, milk and condensed milk. Let it cool and then add vanilla essence into it.
  • 4. Now mix this into the yolk mixture gradually while beating it.
  • 5. Now add dissolved coffee and again beat very well. Pour this in to an air-tight container and freeze it.
  • 6. When it starts to freeze a little, (1 hour into freezing or so) take it out and mix it again....do this procedure 3-4 times, then freeze it for over night...
