These tarts are beyond fabulous! They are a little on the sweet side, but once a week or so it’s okay to treat ourselves. White chocolate works brilliantly with the fresh figs in these tarts. Every bite is savoured to try and make the tart last as long as possible.
The filling is so incredibly simple, yet it’s sophisticated and just plain beautiful. I suppose when fresh cream is involved, results are bound to impress.
Don’t skimp on filling the tarts up with plenty of fresh fig slices. I used the little mini figs, so kept some of them whole and some only halved. You’ll fall in love with these gorgeous, delightful little tarts.
