The cakebakes for quite a long time, but don’t forget to keep an eye on it and just check it every now and then. If it’s getting too dark on top but is not cooked yet, turn the temperature down a bit. The cake can be served warm with mascarpone or sour cream.It will also be delicious served as dessert after dinner with vanilla ice cream.
